Anyone know what this is on my inner thigh?

It doesn't itch and it doesn't hurt. Not sure what it might be but it's located on my upper inner though.

Looks like a pimple or ingrown hair.

Looks like what I call friction bumps. If your thighs rub together often the sweat and oil will eventually build up into your pores or hair follicle whichever it can and can cause the bumps.

Put some tea tree oil on it. Will bring it to a head and will drain the pus out.

Probably a ingrown hair but if it doesn't hurt its hard to say but if its warm to the touch its some kind of infection
