Full stomach after a small meal
Hello everyone I just wanted to know if any of you ladies are experiencing issues with eating a small meal, wether it's breakfast or lunch and once your done, your stomach feels like you had a full course meal? That's my problem, I would eat something small and my stomach would feel like it's ready to explode? Any info?
