Question

I want to get a "in loving memory" tattoo but I have 4 names that need added to it...is there a tattoo that would look decent that I could get and still have the names added?

If you want other people to bring it up so you can talk about them, I wouldn't recommend getting names or dates because the story is already told so there's nothing to ask. An image however can spark a conversation. If it's what you want though, I say go for it and ignore my opinion.
Other things you could get that are more symbolic could be a constellation with a star representing each person, a flower with four petals falling off, four birds flying away, the birth month flower of each person, or something personal to that person like a favourite animal, or anything else that reminds you of them. Personally I would get a charm bracelet tattoo with a charm representing each person. Good luck deciding! I think when it's the right design you'll just know
