I'm not on my period but the past few times my boyfriend and I have had sex, I've bled but then it stos when we're done. Any idea why?

Your cervix is a very sensitive organ. It is full of cappilaries and during certain times of your cycle can be very tender. What mostly likely happened is he just hit your cervix wrong and made it bleed a bit. It's nothing to worry about unless it was followed but pain that didn't subside right after the act.
