Neck, back pain and migraines!

I am 10 weeks with my first and I've been suffering from migraines. I called my doctor and he told me to take Tylenol, which helps sometimes. I've noticed this weekend that I've been having some pretty bad neck and upper back pain and think this may have something to do with the migraines or maybe making them worse. Has anyone had the same symptoms? What worked best to relieve your pain? I called my OBGYN and I have an apt with my PCP tomorrow just wondering if anyone has a recommendation! Thanks so much!
