I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and I have an appointment scheduled on Friday with a Maternal-Fetal specialist for my first trimester screening. I was told that they will do an ultrasound to measure the fluid at the back of the babies neck. I was curious if anyone knows if this will be a "normal" ultrasound or if it will be a 3D/4D. I know my OBGYN told me that they might be able to tell baby's gender at this appointment because she said their "equipment is very good." I was just curious
