My period is like a swiss clock. But for some reason im late this month i have a major anxeity disorder and experiencing panic attacks today im wondering if i should take my xanax or wait till my period comes. I dont want to take xanax in the off chance im pregnant. Im not TTC or anything but like i said i just have anxiety so what are yalls opinions?
