Getting baby to drop.

Good afternoon ladies. I had a regular appointment with my ob today and she said things are progressing great but baby head just needs to come down more. She said if baby head comes down more that's when my cervix will really start opening and get labor started. So with that being said can someone please give me advice on how to get babies head to Come down further. I'm a FTM 38+5 2cm dilated with a soft cervix and my asthma is killing me so I would like to get baby out soon to avoid induction.
