Bumps down there!

So I've started occasionally getting bumps on my vagina... Sometimes more toward my belly button/on the front, and sometimes on or in the lips. Anyone know what this is? It doesn't have anything to do with my sexual activity because I hadn't even been kissed until this summer and I'm a virgin, but fingering and eating out it normal now. Anyone have any idea what they're from?
