Need a lift

At 10 dpo got a faint positive on frer. Today at 13 dpo nothing on two different tests. I had severe cramps last night which is highly unusual for me before or even during AF. I thought this was it. I swore it was. I'm so confused. I'm so upset and just need a kind word.
