Increasing breastmilk?!!

Hello ladies.. is there any advises on how to increase breastmilk supply? I tried milk tea and no significant change!! I try to pump when possible but sometimes there is barely any milk in the pump even though when I squeez my breasts milk comes out.. my pump is manuel by the way..

It was suggested to me to feed from both sides every time I nurse. (10 minutes each side) and then pump when I am done. 
I also started taking fenugreek.  I wasn't going to because I wasn't sure if it would work, but my lo wasnt gaining weight so I was willing to try anything. And my supply definitely has increased.

You may need to invest in an electric pump. The manual may not have enough suction to pull it all out. Drink lots of water cuz your body needs fluid to produce the fluid. Nurse every hour and a half to 2 hours on one side and pump the other to trick your body into thinking your feeding two babies at once and while your nursing on one side the hormones will help you to produce more.

These have really helped me. I was getting about 60-80 ml per pump with one or two a day reaching 100. Now I'm getting between 100-150 each time with 3 pumps nearing 200.

I started pumping as soon as I got home from the hospital.  The first pumped milk was only 2 oz from each boob and this was after I feed the lo. Now two weeks pp I'm pumping after the lo eats 4-6 oz each breast and storing for future when u go back to work. The only advice I can give is lots of water and lots if pumping and make sure you massage the breast to let down the milk and emptyvthe breast almost completely!

My doctor told me to take 3 tablet 3 times a day of  fenugreek pills and 2 tablet 3 times a day of  blessed thistle only started 2 days ago and noticing more milk coming in. I'm 4 weeks postpartum

My baby isn't breastfeeding, I have a double electric pump, and I have been taking all of supplements available to increase milk supply, including teas and lactation cookies, and have been drinking plenty of water. Idk why I don't have much milk come out. My pump does get much out but half oz. I pump for 10-30 min at least 2-4 times a day, just depends on how busy I am.Any suggestions?
