I just joined this group a few days ago and finally decided to share my story. It gets tiring typing so many times on so many forums and things! 

My husband and I have basically been trying to concieve for the last two years with no luck. I had an hsg done and it was all clear husband is all fine and my blood test were fine but last few months my periods have been brutal to say the least. Every month they get worse until I decided this month to and see the obgyn about it. 

She ordered a ultrasound and from the ultrasound reading the radiologist did say they found about a 2.1 cyst on my right ovary and my pain that I have is mostly right sided. On the report it says first impression is an endometrioma and the second impression is a mildy complex ovarian cyst. An endometrioma would explain the infertility issues I guess. I just don't know what to think. I have anther ultrasound to see what happens to the cyst in two months which would be the beginning of December

I am honestly scared to find out and excited at the same time because then I will have answers as to why I have not fallen pregnant.... My questions for you are if it is an endometrioma does it mean i also have endometriosis as well? Also you ladies who also had endometriomas whar were your symptoms? What advice do you ladies have for me?
