Hi, I'd like to ask those who have already experienced ultrasounds early on if they think these are twins or if it's something else. I went in for pelvic pain on the left side so they clinic did a quick ultrasound but told me I need to wait until my prenatal check with the Doctor to get a proper ultrasound and opinion.  As you can see in the photo the left sac did not show anything inside of it, so it could be too early or it could be blood? I have had no spotting.
