STD OR INGROWN HAIR

so I have this swollen, bump filled with puss on the end of my labia. it hurts and it looks like a pimple. I've read a bunch of articles about what it could be and I think I'm just freaking myself out.. it hurts really bad & is inflamed at the moment, I'm afraid to touch it because it might rupture.. idk what to do 😢 I don't want it to rupture because of infection I don't know what it could be or how to get rid of it... help!
