How many times do you wash your hair in a week?

I only wash my hair once or twice a week. In two yours it has grown from my Shoulder to my waist line.

When my hair gets oily I either side braid it or put it in a Bun.

I'm growing it to knee length then will have it cut and donated for Breast Cancer.

Only once or twice a week! It's less greasy now and healthier. Grew so long in 2 years of doing this.

Twice a week. I used to wash it every morning and it was always oily by the end of the day.
I learned that frequent washing leads to over production of oils. Now that I wash every few days and only condition the lower part of my hair, my hair stays nicer for longer.
