Flu shot

My job is offering the flu shot in 2 weeks and I'm probably going to get it. I never had any issues with the flu shot in the past so I'm almost positive that I will be getting it this year. They are also offering a Mercury free shot. I am currently ttc #1 and it's too early for me to test but I will know if I'm pregnant or not before I get the shot. I'm testing this Friday. I'm just wondering how you all feel about getting the flu shot while ttc or pregnant.
