Spotting...

Hey ladies, I'm 37 wks and since about 2 am yesterday I've been spotting(when I wipe after going pee which is a pink color and then tonight I noticed a thicker dark brownish red color in the toilet...like 5 pea size drops) my OB said not to worry but I'm wondering if any of you have had a similar experience? I don't know if it means she's coming soon or what. Thanks!!!
