Friend tells you rumors they spread 3 years ago...
So we are 24 now, 21 when I guess the rumor began. I have heard so much about this rumor through the years and had no idea where it began.
Turns out, my BEST "friend" was drinking the other night and told me they're so sorry but they had to come clean and it was them that began it.
It was a really intense rumor and we live in a small town. I can't tell you how many people I have had come to me inquiring about it... The rumor was that I had sex with guys for money and I have never, in my life, done that.
Turns out my friend is also my husband's friend and he began the rumor saying I had sex with him for money and no one believed him and then he made up this lie and sent fake photos of things be bought me.
I had no idea why his friend came to my house 2 years ago demanding I pay my friend $500 back. I was like "what are you crazy? Why do I owe him $500?" And kicked him off my property. Then the rumors surfaced but no one would tell me the source.
I can't believe this.
Who in their right minds does something like this? I almost lost my husband to these rumors until the dates people threw around didn't match up because I was always at home with my husband!!!
My friend's like "don't live in the past" I'm like "are you kidding? This is still lingering in my present from 3 years ago and now it just reopened the whole situation!"
Edit: the guy also claimed to have had multiple threesomes with my husband and I and that is also false!!! Never, ever!
