Blocked Tubes/ HSG

I have been diagnosed with PCOS in my teens never tried to conceive until I turned 30 my dr. Put me on Clomid October 2014 for 9 months nothing didn't happen so he referred me to a fertility Dr. Where I had get an HSG done. It showed both tubes are block and the option the dr. Gave me was ivf. Which is extremely expensive.  Even though the dr said that to me I still have hope and faith that at least one tube will open and I can conceive. But I'm drained, tired and exhausted.  I have read that the HSG can open the tubes but I'm not sure if that's true or not? I hope so. Can anyone relate to what I'm going through.?? Or been in the same situation and got a BFP?
