No symptoms & worried...

I am worried that I may have had a miscarriage..

Im a day shy of 11 weeks & haven't had any signs really of pregnancy other than having to pee a lot. Which makes me wonder if I've had a miscarriage. I haven't had any spotting or bleeding, but I don't know if you have to bleed when you miscarry or not? Am I just paranoid & worrying over nothing?

My next appt with my baby Doctor is Nov 4th..
