First unltrasound

So I'm 7 weeks along and has my first ultrasound and the doctor said the heart was beating and looked great, but she didn't listen to the heartbeat...is that normal or has anyone else had the same thing happen? She was rushed from just delivering a baby but I thought that was the reason for doing the ultrasound Oh and here's my pic!
