SS strikes again!!

Ok so I'm still trying to force myself to ignore symptoms but here I am still writing them all down lol I am now 9dpo. Last night I had such bad heartburn I had to get out of bed to go chew some tums, this morning I woke up with a runny nose and it won't stop. I'm not sick and I don't usually have any issues with allergies I'm also dizzy, my nipples feel like pins and needles my aeroelas are swollen, and I'm slightly nauseas. Hopefully these are all good signs anyone else experience anything similar or is 9dpo or around there also??? Let me know! GL and baby dust :):)
