Iam 2.5 weeks Pp and Iam Curious if it's safe to have anal sex while I wait for my 6 week check up with my obgyn?! Answers are greatly appreciated!! And I know this may be tmi or a stupid question but my hubby keeps begging lol!

Part of the whole no sex till 6 weeks pp has to do with a big risk for infection. You need to keep that whole area clean. I'd avoid that. Not worth the risk to your body. Your like an open wound down there - be smart with your body and respect the process. You've been through a lot - he can manage on his own.

Yes it is. I asked my midwife after my last pregnancy and this one. She told me, and I quote, "if it keeps him out of the other hole for it!" I love her so much😂, that's why she was my midwife for my last two pregnancies.

They say vaginally intercourse is a no-no so I don't see why anal wouldn't be okay. Just go slow, use lube and stop if it's too painful on your perenium.
I've already started back on bcp and I'm only 5 days pp because my Dr saw me and my daughter yesterday and said it was okay for me to start again cuz it won't stop the bleeding but it'll help dry up my boobs maybe and make the stomach pains much less intense because my daughter is my 2nd so everything is so much worse this time and my mum thinks my Dr is wrong to have told me it's okay but what does my mum know, she's not a Dr and not a very good mum either.
