Saying shit or what not I understand I just idk need to vent idk / heartbroken 

So I'm in a relationship with my BF who is married but I didn't start dating him till his wife left and moved to a different state 

They have a child together 

And like I said I was dating him after she left(which I know doesn't make it right still) 

He's filed for child support and all that 

And divorce 

Can she still avoid him to see his son even though he's paying child support ? I feel horrible because he really loves his son 

I didn't meet him till after she left to a different state really far from where we live ... Idk I'm confused and I want to help him in every way but can she sue him also since we're together even though she has a boyfriend back where she is living too ? If so what's some advice or idk I also feel that we take a break till he gets that all sorted out but I love him and it's so hard because I've been there when he's been at his lowest and he's been also with me at my lowest as well . It's hard for me I love him but I also don't want him to get in trouble because he's with me even though she has a BF herself ... Help?idk
