What helped start labor?

For those who have delivered, is there anything you did that you think helped?

I tried everything and nothing worked for me. Had to have my waters broken when I was 40+12

Stripped membranes!

Put Primrose oil up there, midwife suggested it for my friend and she went into labor 2 hours later

Castor oil. I swore up and down I wouldn't do it but I read a blog about a woman who got advice from her midwife on the proper "dosage" to take. 🙊🙊🙊 
I was depaerate my mom had cancer and was going in for a very complicated surgery to remove it and I wanted him to come before she had to go and don't you know she saw him be born and checked in for her pre op with 3 minutes to spare. I was full term. 39 weeks 4 days.

Membrane strip & walking a lot! My membranes were stripped at 38 weeks 4 days & my water broke the next evening!

Membrane stripping. I had it done at 39+2 at 2:00pm and had my daughter 4:30am! Nothing else had worked and I had tried everything!

Honestly, sex worked with both my son and now my daughter. I had my little girl a week ago and today is my actual due date.

I drank ALOT of dole pineapple juice the night before I went into labour. I was a day late

I got a pedicure the day before my due date and about 10hrs later I started getting contractions and had my little one the next morning :)
