Underactive thyroid

Hi guys I've been trying for my first for 16 months now and I have a bad thyroid. I like to do stuff natural and not take pills. Any one have this problem and still get pregnant. Or know anything I might not to get my thyroid in check. Baby dust to all thanks in advance
