I have possible endometriosis & would like some advice on the surgery, what to expect fertility wise, advice on it all. :)

My half sister on dads side has it, I believe my mother did. As well as my Nana on mom's side. Is it hereditary?

I started my period at about age 9/10 and have had crippling cramps ever since them. To the point I throw up, shake, no meds help. My doctors also have thought I may have IBS. & from what I understand can be confused with Endo?

Any advice is welcome ladies. Thank you in advance. 😊
