Calcium needed while breastfeeding?

Has anybody elses's ob/gyn tell you take take calcium while breastfeeding?

Yes. Baby needs lots of calcium and will steal it from your body if you don't provide enough. That can hurt your bones and teeth

Make sure you take the calcium supplements at least 3-4 hours after your prenatal vitamins, the iron in your prenatal doesn't allow your body to absorb the calcium, this is why they are so low in calcium.

Thank god I found this post, what can you take other than drinking milk my LO is a week old and my teeth is the only thing hurting from baby they are killing me
