Saw a weird color cm on toilet paper, so I did a q-tip test. I am 1-2 days to AF. I usually get spotting a few days before my period, but the color looks odd to me. Thoughts?

Looks like old blood, could you be pregnant? It could possibly be implantation spotting that never came out. Just a guess though
