6dpo TMI PIC! Sore nipples, stuffy nose - like a head cold type thing and this cm

Hey guys I'm about 6dpo and have this cm which changes from the pic to creamy cm and have sore nipples and feel like I have a head cold - stuffy nose, tired and had a gluggy throat and yesterday and the day before had slight cramps on right side pelvic area.. possible early pregnancy symptoms or is it all in my head? Haha. Ttc #3 Tia 😊
