No symptoms other than sore nipples/breasts.

I'm currently 5w4d and am only experiencing sore nipples and breasts. Now, I'm not complaining at all, however, I'm worried that I'm not feeling anything else. I had been experiencing some lower abdominal "pinches" and "twinges" a few days before I found out (being last week). We had our first prenatal OB appointment yesterday and the Dr was only able to see thickening of the walls. He said he's not concerned because it's still very early. I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced little to no symptoms and has the thickening of the lining before seeing a sac. Just want our baby to be ok! Thanks in advance ladies 😊
