So I started taking prenatal vitamins just generic from CVS, and every night I take it, I get bad heartburn and heart palpatiations, all I can think of is that it's something in the vitamin since I haven't had any other changes, the one night I skipped the vitamin, I was fine. Anyone else get this? Guessing I should switch to another brand, if so which ones are good?
