Tampon pain???!!!

I'm 17, I'm a virgin. I have no problem inserting tampons. But once they are in they are so uncomfortable that it's physically painful. I can barely sit down and still have discomfort when standing up. My period usually only lasts 2-3 days so I have never made a big deal of it as 2 days of pain isn't so bad. Any advice?

Probably not inserting it far enough, you'll need to put your whole finger in. Maybe your only putting in half a finger? Hope that helps cause most of the time that was my problem when I was a virgin.

Try using pads instead, that's if you're inserting the tampons properly and they're uncomfortable still

Try using ones with an applicator, it helps a lot, i find i cant really use the ones with no applicators
