Is it a bad sign????

Ashley💄 • Me 33, SO 37 ttc#1 for both of us. Been trying to actively conceive for over 6+years. Diagnosed with pcos and Incompetent cervix. TAC placed in June 2018. FET #1 BFP due 10/2019.
SO had semen analysis done monday, I called for results on Thursday. They returned my call on friday and said they have the results but the doctor is looking over them and will call us back on Monday. Couldn't the nurse just look them over?
