lap for endo

Ioana • TTC 3 years endo/pcos. IUI BFN, BFP chemical pregnancy, FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP twins due January 2018
hi guys,
just had my lap for endo,it was fine,they told me that before the lap it was impossible to achieve pregnancy due to many things they found inside me,now they say im ready to go!
any tips for the after lap part? 
btw ttc for 2 years,hope the next months im lucky
