Cramps help!!

I'm 7 + 3 and today ive had a few cramps.. I had a couple when I got out of the car which were on my right side of my stomach then ive just had one in the left a few hours later.. Please tell me this is normal!? Ive been Havin like dull period like aches now and again but these seem a little stronger.. My scan isn't until 12+2! Goin out of my mind here :(
