My body is confused

So ladies. I am 8 days late. Haven't gotten any positive pregnancy tests. I got one question mark on a digital test. I've been spotting very dark for the past couple days. I have never had any spotting. I have no idea what's going on. And I can't even get any blood work done for another month, when my insurance kicks in. Talk about frustration! I was on the depo for 4 years, but we've been TTC for the past year and its so discouraging. Please pray for me.
