Anyone else having awful headaches??

Most of the morning, I'm fine, but after 1 or 2, my head starts pounding all day long!!??? I mean, I'm sure my brain is telling me it needs help in some area, but I don't know.

Help! How do I make them stop?

I used to drink 5 or 6 dr peppers a day and cut it down to one or so a day and I get horrible headaches. When I drink one my headache goes away almost instantly. Caffeine headaches are the worst

Same thing has been happening to me too ...I just drink a good amount of water then lay down for a while.

Try going for a massage could be neck/shoulder tension causing it. (Especially with changing posture etc. When boobs and belly grow) but make sure you tell tou doc/midwife at the next visit so they can monitor it. :)
