Period pains but no period?

Anyone ever have period pains but no period? For almost 3 days I've felt like I'm on my period I have the pains like I am.. I'm a few days late. I was nauseas yesterday because of it, and today I had to nap and I got sick bc of it as well. Can't get into see my doctor until Monday just trying to get some insight

I thought I was having period pains and didn't really want to test but Glow said I could test (4days before period) so I went ahead and used a cheapie and it was positive. The cramps were period like but slightly milder.
