Pregnancy after missed miscarriage

I've had 2 successful pregnancies one naturally and one through <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>. I then had a missed miscarriage in March. It was devistating as I actually had more pregnancy symptoms than I did with my previous pregnancies. I'm now almost 8 wks pregnant again and super nervous and obsessing over whether things are ok or not. I scheduled an elective ultra sound next week....fingers crossed this will ease my worries some. Anyone else in the same boat?
