On my way to Red Lobster for my hubbys birthday dinner & I cant remember for the life of me what seafood I can eat or how much! I'm wanting lobster or crab but can't remember if I can eat it :( help!

Lol! I hear you there. Red lobster is one of my favorite places to eat and I want crab legs so bad, but I think we can't have it.
