Do you get symptoms right before you ovulate? And what kind?

I've never noticed anything aside from period symptoms but I recently had my bc removed and a couple weeks before I had my first period (in over 2 years) my boobs were suuuuuuper tender for about a week, it was horrible lol I dont remember ever having that before, and now that we are ttc idk if my cycles are gonna be regular yet and just wanna be more aware when im ovulating... I took a couple of opks a couple days apart. The first one had just the control line and the next one was invalid with no lines at all so I feel like a total noob at ttc lol at least we have a good sex life going for us.
