Why is my highest percentage 33%?

My green cycle days, or higher ovulation days are only 33% at the highest. Why is that?? Can I raise that by doing something specific?

mine was 27.6 but it just went down this month to 26.4 and I'm not sure why :-(

I believe it's based on your age (and that's actually a good percentage! Mine is 20%. :/ ) Every month you have a 33% chance of getting pregnant, but the longer you try the better chance you have. So keep trying and hang in there!! :)
