I'm 9 weeks and I haven't done anything to make me sore. Why do I feel this way 😔

I've had the same issue. It feels like I'm recovering from an intense work out. My doctor told me it could be because I'm not including enough calcium in my diet. She advised taking two tums or calcium supplements.
