Sweet potato chips!
I've been trying to make a really simple version (sweet potato and basically olive oil) but they either get burned or are too chewy !
I have a pretty old gas oven could that be why? Recipes say 50 mins on 275 and by 35 mins mine are charred to a crisp! Help?!
