Seriously, I think getting a job is based on luck, qualifications, and timing. I don't think one group gets hired more so than another. Discrimination can play a role, but overall in the entirety of the job market, I think the rates might be close. But it's a case by case basis and you would have to break it down by field, qualifications of people, etc.

I'm a minority and I haven't gotten hired faster than a white nor has a white gotten hired faster than me. It's not about race it's about skill qualifications.
