Anyone else experience mild cramping during a Braxton Hick?

Anyone experience mild cramping that wasn't during a Braxton Hick?

The past couple of days I've been experiencing both. Dehydration is what many mom's have told me, but I have some kind of fluid in my hand literally all the time that I'm sipping on.

Could it be him moving into position and/or starting to drop? I'm 32 weeks and ftm, so I'm starting to pay attention to pretty much every symptom and just need reassurance that everything is more than likely fine.
