Anyone on her successfully breastfeeding after a breast reduction? I had a reduction done when I was 20 and they took out 14 lbs of boob (anchor method). When I was 24 I had my son and was only producing a small amount of milk with no fat at all. We also had some laching issues and I gave up after 3 months. I am pregnant again (29) and would really really like to do whatever I can to increase my chances of being able to breastfeed this little one.
