I'm 39w1d. For the last 20 min or so I've been having like sharp cramping on and off very low in my pelvic area. Baby is active but could this be from him dropping or are these early contractions? This is my second but I had back labor with my first so I never experienced front contractions. Last week at my appointment I was 2cm dilated and 50% thinned. My next appointment is in the morning at 8.
