Anyone have trouble carrying a baby?

I can get pregnant but staying pregnant seems to be my problem. Just looking for anyone who has went through this and what their sorry is?

3 miscarriages:
1st - April 30 2019. misssed miscarriage at 11w5d, but baby was 8w5d. Heard heartbeat at 8w3d....
2nd - July 30 2020 - started spotting 1 week after finding out I was pregnant, few days after doctor appt. & ultrasound, Spotting went on for 2 weeks. Dr. wanted me to self-monitor because they had scheduled a 2nd ultrasound for me 2 weeks after my first for close monitoring & wanted me to wait until them as long as the spotting didn’t turn to bleeding. Started bleeding after that 2nd ultrasound. No heartbeat 7w3d, but baby was 6w5. 
3rd - March 29 2021 - found out March 25 (2 years since finding out I was pregnant the first time), started spotting March 28. March 29 I was admitted to ER bc my spotting turned to bleeding & they confirmed my hCG was already low and I was miscarrying again. I hadn’t had my period for 3 months (negative pregnancy tests until March 25, so I defs wasn’t 3 months pregnant) so I was already thinking from the start that this baby didn’t have the best chances or foundation....
I was just starting infertility visits and scheduled testing before I got pregnant with my last one, so I wasn’t able to get diagnosed with anything or any support with medicine for my pregnancy because I had no test results yet. My cycle was messed up after my 2nd miscarriage. I’m following through with the testing now. Sonogram in 2 weeks to see what’s up, but the ultrasound tech in the ER said I most likely have PCOS, so I should urge my ob & doctors to check for that. Luckily for me, she put it in my chart too that my pelvic exam shows signs indicative of PCOS.
My PCOS symptoms: I’ve had acne problems only since after my 2nd miscarriage. I gained weight during covid due to lack of activity. My period used to last almost 2 weeks prior to 1st miscarriage. Was normalised after 1st miscarriage, but my cycle was 35 days, so right on the edge of almost being too long. After 2nd miscarriage I only had my period 3 times in the 8 months. I was underweight most of my life and for the first time I’m a little overweight, but I still look skinny. I don’t look like I weigh 180, except for my permanent food baby belly... I used to have really bad cramps and back aches during my period too. But I didn’t have any pelvic pain while miscarrying my 3rd, and even my 2nd wasn’t too bad either, compared to some of my other friends that miscarried naturally.
I had a D&C for my 1st miscarriage, had to take medicine to induce my 2nd miscarriage (I could have had another D&C but my state was in the peak of its covid outbreak at that time, so I didn’t want to go to the hospital), and miscarried naturally the 3rd time.

I'm in the same boat. I've been pregnant 3 times, and I have one living child. I got pregnant in July, miscarried in August, and then I got pregnant again at the end of July and miscarried in September. My doctor won't do any testing until I've lost a 3rd. I was advised to keep taking prenatal vitamins, and also low dose asprin. The asprin is supposed to help in case a clotting issue is causing the miscarriages, and also it's supposed to help you develop a thicker lining for better implantation. We were told to wait a few cycles, but we chose to wait one since time is an issue for us. I've had one period since, and Im due to ovulate in a few days. I'm very nervous about going through this again. I think if this happens a 3rd time, we'll just be a happy family of 3. I'm sorry there are so many of us in this sad club. I've had 3 miscarriages and every time I got pregnant in a month.  ... they found out it was because of low progesterone! Now I just have to take a supplement and should be good. But now I've been trying 5 months and still not pregnant

I've had four chemical pregnancies and I feel like there is no end in sight. All of my tests come back normal. My doctor said it all just seems like bad luck. However I love been following the blog of a woman like myself and it had given me some hope. I plan to get a new plan at my next appointment on the 3rd. If you'd like to be buddies at all if love to get to know someone like myself.

My SIL had 5 miscarriages because she has pcos. The doctors gave her peseries with the right amount of hormones she needed to carry full term. I think she took them for the first trimester and had 2 babies using them! Maybe this is something that will help you too! Good luck x

I have had 3 miscarriages this year.  My 2 kids from my previous marriage were hard. My body started labor at 19 weeks with my first, and 20 with my second.

Misscarge and then a ectopic pregnancy 3 months latter my doctor told me to see him as soon as I think I am pregnant agian to help support the baby and told me to still take my vitamins that would help so I already have it all bulit up

It took us 10 months to get pregnant, I carried for 7w2d but they said the baby stopped growing the week before. I don't know what will happen if or when we try again.
